Surrounded by the beauty of Rosehill Farm overlooking the hills of Los Angeles, your morning begins with guided mindfulness meditation and a garden "bath" ritual to calm the nervous system and awaken the senses. From there, a midday tea circle with butterfly pea flower tea, pressed flower cookies and organic bubbles will rejuvenate and inspire you for the fall season ahead.

Microgreen workshop

In this lesson we will cover the basics of different mediums for growing on, watering, seeding rates and light. Each guest will plant and seed their own microgreen pot to take home and start growing that very day. Elevate your meals and health with these beautiful and nutritious greens!
